Play a game
You can crisp your mind by playing short duration games and get back to the work again after a good break. You can go with :-
- Sudoku
- Word Searches
- Snake and Ladders
- Ludo
- Playing Cards /Uno
- Memory games
- Jigsaw puzzles
Have a good sleep
Sleep deprivation can easily disrupt concentration, not to mention other cognitive functions, such as memory and attention. Occasional sleep deprivation may not cause too many problems for you. But regularly failing to get a good night’s sleep can affect your mood and performance at work. Being too tired can even slow down your reflexes and affect your ability to drive or do other daily tasks.
Exercise daily
You can go for Yoga. Go for Light exercises not the heavy ones so that energy could be saved.
You can go with :-
- Vrikshashana or Tree pose
- Pranayama
- Dance Pose Or Natrajasana
- Eagle Pose Or Garud Asana
- Seated Forward Pose Or Paschimottasana
- Camel Pose Or Ustrasana
- Crane Pose Or Bakasana
- Half Moon Pose Or Ardha Chandrasana
- Side Plank Or Vasisthasana
Have a healthy diet
Nuture yourself with seasonal fruits and grassy vegetables. Do Add-on juices particularly of vegetables.
